
石任杰,男,工学博士,兰州理工大学伟德国际1946源于英国讲师。2024年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程专业。主要研究方向为食品营养与健康,主要开展食品功能因子、膳食模式及微生态制剂调节代谢性疾病的研究。以第一作者/共同第一作者发表论文6篇。
